Hi, My name is Megan

I don't create your path, I just help you discover it within yourself.

After working in Human Resources and Recruiting for about seven years and dealing with grief in my own life, I was ready for change. I did not want to feel like a passenger, distant from my life. Through therapy, I was able to move forward effectively, process grief, and feel engaged in the present. I knew I wanted to help individuals meaningfully and personally, so I went back to school for a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My work as a counselor involves supporting people experiencing self-doubt, processing past trauma, and working to find clarity in their lives. I know how hard it can be to balance future goals while staying present daily. So let this be an invitation to take the time to prioritize your own needs.
